Public bookings are accepted from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm. Members have 24/7 access!

For cage rentals, bring your own bat, glove, helmet, and clean athletic shoes. We have a very limited selection of helmets and bats.
For the hockey shooting zone rental, bring your skates, stick, and helmet.

Booking and Membership

Booking is easy! Click the BOOK NOW button at the top of this page.

Members receive priority access and can reserve facilities 14 days in advance. Public bookings become available 7 days before the desired booking date.

No. Everyone is welcome to book. A membership simply provides additional benefits, including early booking access, 24/7 access, and monthly rental credits.

Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. A credit will be applied to your account. Please review our Membership Agreement for complete details.

Your rental time begins at your scheduled start time. Your access link is active for the entirety of your booking. To ensure fairness to all guests, bookings cannot be extended if you arrive late.

No. Memberships are for individual use and cannot be shared or transferred. However, each member can bring up to three friends to join them during a booked session, as long as the member is in attendance and all friends are registered as customers (free!) with a signed waiver.

Yes! Up to 3 guests are welcome with your booking. All participants must be registered as customers, have a liability waiver signed, and names listed on the booking.

Yes. All memberships include monthly rental credits. The number of credits depends on the membership you choose.

Pitching Machines

Both machines are compatible with baseball and softball, but they're designed for different training goals.
Choose the JUGS BP®1 if you want to:
Get consistent batting practice
Build confidence and improve swing mechanics

Choose the JUGS Combination Machine if you want to:
Train against a variety of pitch types

Yes. Both the machines can be configured for baseball or softball training.

The BP1 pitching machine can throw up to 70mph. The Combination machine can throw up to 104 mph.
The speed and settings can be adjusted to suit the athlete's age, experience, and training goals

Yes. Both pitching machines are available as add-ons to cage rentals, subject to availability.

Yes. You can add a trained operator to your booking if you'd like someone to set up and run the machine while you focus on training. You're also welcome to operate the machine yourself after receiving a brief orientation.

The BP 1 is an excellent choice for beginners and developing players. Its consistent pitches make it easier to build proper swing mechanics, timing, and confidence.

The JUGS Combination Machine is designed for experienced players who want to train against a wider variety of pitches and prepare for game situations. It's a great option for competitive baseball and softball athletes looking to take their training to the next level.

No. We provide the required pitching machine balls for both baseball and softball sessions.

Yes. All hitters must wear an approved batting helmet whenever a pitching machine is in use.

Absolutely. Both machines are excellent tools for team practices, private lessons, and small-group training. Coaches are welcome to incorporate them into their sessions or add an operator if they'd prefer assistance.
Cages

Your rental includes access to the cage, L-screen, tees, baseballs or softballs, a variety of training balls, pitcher’s pockets, pitcher’s mounds, and training equipment available in the facility.
All items are available on the equipment rack.

No. Training balls are provided for your convenience.

Absolutely. Our cages are designed for batting, pitching, catching, fielding drills, and general baseball or softball training.

Yes. We offer two pitching machines for use during designated cage rentals:
JUGS Combo – suitable for both baseball and softball.
JUGS HitMixer (Advanced) – programmable for a variety of pitch types and speeds for both baseball and softball.
If you'd rather focus on hitting, you can also add a Pitching Machine Operator to your booking, and we'll run the machine for you.

No. To ensure the safety of our guests and protect our facility and equipment, personal pitching machines are not permitted. Our approved pitching machines are available to add to eligible batting cage rentals.

No - HitTrax is only available in the LAB cage.

Absolutely. Players of all ages and skill levels are welcome.

Rentals include access to our synthetic ice shooting lane, regulation net, passing trainers, pucks, and shooting targets.

Yes. Feel free to bring your own training tools as long as they can be used safely within the facility.

Synthetic ice provides an excellent off-ice training surface that closely simulates shooting and puck handling while allowing athletes to train year-round.
